RETURNS 

Relic NY is a reputable luxury e-commerce website. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide store credit on any item over $50 dollars that is returned within 2 days of receipt. Inform us at returns@relicny.com within 48 hours of original receipt of your intent to send the merchandise back, and we will keep an eye out for the package. After its contents have passed our inspection we will issue a gift certificate for the total amount of the returned item which can be used indefinitely on RelicNY.com.

To pass our inspection, returned items must arrive in the same condition in which we sent them. This includes no alterations, odors or split seams. We photograph all of our clothing items before we mail them and examine returns closely. If we find an item has been visibly tampered with *we will not issue store credit.

We put a lot of effort into listing accurate measurements and other information about each piece we sell. Please see our Fit Guide to learn more about how to find the sizes for your body and lifestyle, minimizing the need to access the return process.

Original shipping is non-refundable, and the cost of shipping returns is not covered by Relic NY. All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. We reserve the right to deny the return for items received after this time period.
