How to Shop Relic NY

CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To register for a Relic NY account, click here. Creating an account allows you to add and delete items from your cart, make purchases, create a wishlist, and sign up for our weekly newsletter that's full of new merchandise, discounts, store news, current inspiration and much more.

PAYMENT
We currently accept only Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments, as well as Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

SHIPPING | Domestic
We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail. Orders shipped within the United States will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We offer Ground service with tracking and insurance.

If you wish to use FedEx there will be a separate charge from FedEx: Relic NY is not responsible for setting their rates. We will contact FedEx to obtain the cost of shipping to your location and charge your credit card accordingly.

Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1 pm PST will begin processing the next business day (TAKE OUT) and change to within two days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service.

SHIPPING | International
We ship internationally to some countries in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. To find out the cost of shipping to your country, add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator.

For international purchases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority. Priority mail takes 1-2 weeks, but includes tracking. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
